Pages 58-70 of the Residents's Handbook give full details of what you can expect from the Repairs Service including the different categories of repairs and the target times we have set for them to be completed.

Don't forget to fill out the customer satisfaction form Windsor Services will give you after every repair. That way we can monitor how good the service is and work with Windsor Services to improve.
